What lovely Valves You Have!

You don’t know how happy these make me!

It’s weird how things happen and how information gets passed around. This morning, I ran into a grade school friend who I don’t see all that often. We chatted for a bit before he let drop the bombshell. A mutual friend had died – our age. I was shocked and dsimayed. I hadn’t heard anything about it, which isn’t really a surprise since I didn’t communicate with him all that much. Still, it was weird. Especially since he was just as old as I am.

My first dash was not optimal. Not a lot of rides. Not a lot of good rides. Too much driving. I had to decline one as well, to add an icky cherry to my poop sundae of a shift.

One of SM’s friends wanted to borrow chairs and tables from SM. I sent her a message and she happened to also be in the same neighborhood. So, that worked out well.

For the lunch break, I tried to get a few of my to do items checked off. I didn’t manage as many as I would have liked, but life is that way sometimes. Why didn’t I? Because I had other obligations that impinged on my lunch time.

Yes, it was back to helping JC and EC out. Today was just JC to an appointment. And then grocery shopping. Then back to his house, where I helped a bit more. All of this ended up with me not getting back to dashing until almost 4:30 in the afternoon. Woo hoo.

The second dash was, obviously, abbreviated. It was not a great dash. It started off well, with a bunch of decent rides and then quickly deteriorated with a few non tipped rides. And ended up with an insanely long drive for not enough money. Sometimes I loathe dashing.

Because I was heading home so late, my plan to make something for dinner with what I had in the house went right out the window. I had thought I would make a waffle and some eggs and maybe some bacon and some hash browns. But all of that would have taken me at least half an hour. Added to getting home half an hour later than I had wanted, it was a no brainer. Off to Los Amigos Taqueria.

There, the person working told me that they prioritized to go orders and that she would get me out quickly. Which she did. Despite having about 20+ meals going out soon after I got there. The food is now waiting patiently for me down in the kitchen. As soon as I finish typing (and lightly editing) this piece, it will be dinner time and I am a teensy bit peckish.

Augustus for President: More tortoise steps. Spoke with some people about the candidacy. Even gave one person the website with an NFC card, which is pretty cool tech, actually. And had more thoughts that need to get entered into my thoughts documents. One thought is that I need to find someone to take a whack at organizing and editing those documents. One day. Soon, I hope.

Look at that View!

Sometimes I make decisions too quickly. Sometimes the results are what I hoped for. Sometimes, not so much. But I think it is better to make decisions than to be frozen by indecision. Though, honestly, that happens sometimes too.

Today was a day off from dashing! Woo hoo! And since it was Friday, everything was open regular business hours. I had planned on running my errands and then spending a quiet time at home, but LD pinged me and asked if I was up for a bike ride. So, that changed my plans a good bit.

I started the day by driving to Canandaigua and back for some campaign stuff – explained below. On the way home, I stopped at the Dollar Store, looking for things I normally wouldn’t consider looking for. With the help of a fellow shopper, I found the stuff I had been seeking. Yes, I am being somewhat vague about it all, but after the fact, I will be able to say more. Next up, lunch!

I ate the rest of the angel hair pasta and half of a garlic knot. And I ate way too much. This was when I was planning to spend as much time recumbent as possible. But no, LD suggested a bike ride. And since I hadn’t seen her to speak of in a while, and because a little exercise rarely has killed people. I agreed.

Lovely!

My bike, luckily, still had inflated tires! I found the basket/pannier that contained the bike lock, plopped it on the bicycle and headed downtown. I was brave and took the arterial (as it is called around here) and stopped at my personal bank. From there I headed to the presidential bank and spent most of an hour getting the new account set up. The account and the DBA for the campaign have to match. More on this below. From there, it was a short ride to where LD and I met for our bike ride.

We are so lucky to live where we live I think. The lake really is a wonderful bit of nature. We road along our regular path, from downtown Geneva out to the Yacht Club and back again. I think we rode for about 40 minutes! Go us! And we chatted about this, that and the other thing.

Back home, I took a bit of time to chill out. Then, I made the poppers. Well, as I type they are still in the oven. (Cooling now) I can’t really see how they can be bad. The filling was tasty – I have a little left over that I think I will put on bagels if I have any. And the peppers themselves are, well, peppers. I’ll let you know how the were.

Now it is time to do some Duolingo, finish up my blog post and then eat some left over Chicken Riggies for dinner!

Augustus for President: The decision I made too quickly has been compounded, making my life a good bit more complicated in this instance. The name I chose for my EIN and my DBA was A is For. Much later, I found out that the FEC requires the name of the candidate to be in the primary campaign name. So I changed it to A is For Augustus and America. A little wordy, but I like all the alliteration. And it has America in it. But that meant that I needed to change my DBA and my bank account. And I will look into changing my EIN as well. On Monday. It was too late today when I got home. Sigh. And I am wondering why my social security number is on my bank account, rather than the EIN. I will figure that out next week to. At this rate, I will be able to start accepting donations by November 7, 2028. You’ll donate, won’t you?

I also made more notes in my docs about things to look up and to do on this rocky road to the presidency.

Oh, I had two good conversations about my candidacy. One was with the clerk at the County Office. It seemed we were in sync (not the band). She said that she would like Michelle Obama to be president. And that Pete Buttigieg, when I mentioned him, would also be good. I also spoke with the vice president of the the LNB bank. I don’t know that I made that great an impression with him, but he did tell me his name twice, so I think that was a good thing.

I’ll Never Wear It

I was gifted this lovely hat from NAPA today when I picked up an item to deliver to Penn Yan. Am I the luckiest person or what? I will never, ever, never wear that hat. Except maybe as part of a costume or something. And as I have said elsewhere, we will not be selling baseball caps as merchandise for my campaign.

It was a two dash day. Honestly, it was a little hard to get out of bed to get started this morning. I woke up at 6:30 am and didn’t go back to sleep. So I was and am dragging a little bit. But the first dash was pretty straightforward and easy. I did ok fiscally, though I drove a bit much.

The second dash ended up ok, surprisingly. Despite a couple of no tip rides. And at least half an hour where I was not given an offer. Then I had to decline one ride because it was too egregious – $6 for 9 miles. Nope, they keep offering me this ride and I keep turning it down. Later I got a ride for about the same distance where I made considerably more, which I took. Woo hoo!

The day did not go as I had planned. But that’s ok. It went well enough. Instead of an interruption free day, I had a previous passenger ask me for rides to two appointments today. Sigh. But they were easy and quick. The second one ate into my lunch time, which meant that I didn’t have the mental room to accomplish a few of the things that I wanted to accomplish. Mostly for Augustus for President, but also for stuff around the house. In any case, I survived.

Tomorrow, I will do one dash and then head to JC and EC’s to take them to Rochester. So excited. But that means it will only be a one dash day tomorrow. Which makes for a very limited dashing week. Who needs money?

Today was my last official Geneva Light Opera board meeting. I resisted being put on the advisory board. But I did offer myself as a backstop if my help is needed on either of the two projects, three if you include the mailing list, that I helped out with during my brief tenure.

While that was happening, I ate the last of my pizza and wings from the weekend. Good stuff. But really expensive! I can make it cheaper at home. Though that takes time and effort, neither of which I really felt like expending this past weekend.

Augustus for President: I may not have had a lot of time to actually do the things that I thought I could do today during my lunch period. But, during the course of the day, I did come up with some good things to add to the campaign. Like perhaps (I think AH suggested this) that I could do something like: anyone who answers ten surveys (not one survey ten times) will get a prize of some kind. Twenty and they get another prize, etc. I will have to have the prizes made. I am thinking bumper stickers for sure. Maybe the hats. Maybe a mug. A shirt. Etc. And I am wondering if I want to do yard signs. I am thinking I do, but I’m not sure. How does a campaign make money from Merchandise? Not a lot of money, but every shekel will help.

I have posted a second survey. And please, if you are reading my blog, please take the surveys. Thank you AH, JH and EL for taking the first presidential survey. You will eventually get a prize for being the first three people to answer those questions! (If you haven’t gotten a prize by next summer, please drop me a line or comment here and I will get you something.)

Any suggestions of type of merchandise the campaign out to offer will be entertained. So far: bumper stickers, regular stickers, hats (not baseball style), t-shirts, pins, mugs…

Another $0.51 Tip!

Just when I was getting fed up with the crappy rides I was getting, a no tipper gave me a $5 cash tip. Did that totally make up for all the crappy rides I’ve gotten today in my two shifts? No, not at all. But it did nip my incipient meltdown from occurring. That’s a good thing.

Yes, a two dash day and both dashes were not scintillating. Especially the person who tipped me $0.51 on an 18 mile (on way) ride. Seriously. What are these people thinking? And this is the second time I have taken this ride and should know better. Grrr. And poo on them.

Happiness?

During my lunch break, I dropped in on Elena and Jim just to check on them. They were doing ok. Getting the hang of using their pill boxes. They really do need an in house helper if they are to stay in their house for a considerable time. At least CC is thinking about the issues. Hopefully he will make something happen sooner rather than too late.

I made a quick stop at the post office to mail something for EC. I hope I was correct that the package contained no hazardous materials. I don’t want the Postal Police after me! Though, come to think of it, my name isn’t anywhere on the package. Phew! Then again, I did pay for it with a card. Hmm…I will ask someone for bail if it comes to that.

My Elephant food was not great, actually. The dipping sauce for the dumplings spilled – not really sure how. And the drunken noodles weren’t all that tasty. I think I will need to add a lot of soy sauce to get me through eating the rest of that meal. I bought a lot of snacks at Wegman’s just now, so even if I only eat a little bit of actual dinner, I won’t go hungry tonight.

Duolingo is done. As this blog will be soon.

Tomorrow, another JN ride. To which I will add a trip to Farmington to get the second key for the car. I have no idea why they didn’t have it with the car. Maybe because it was off being detailed…I asked them to mail it and they said no. No idea why. Maybe they can explain it to me tomorrow. Then, after the JN ride, I will head to Syracuse to go to the State Fair. I haven’t been since I went with mom last. Getting her a wheel chair really helped with both of our peace of minds I think. Not sure what is happening on Saturday. I am going to offer work to the kids and see if anyone wants to take me up on it. And Sunday I may be meeting up with a coworker I keep seeing but not meeting up with. We shall see what happens this time. I am going to suggest the Cracker Factory.

Augustus for President: I would really a couple of people to travel with me on my trip to all fifty states early next year. Yes, it will be a whirlwind trip. And it will be a good amount of work. But I think it will be a good way to get some eyeballs on me and my nascent campaign. And it will of course be interesting and maybe even fun! Who do I know who could travel for around 70 days? And would we take separate cars? We would need a few inexpensive tablets loaded with the forms that I want people to fill out (Amongst other things). And I think taking a printer to print out forms would be a good idea too. I guess I will be buying a printer for the campaign this weekend as on Monday I hope to hand the reigns of the website management for GLO to SN.

I didn’t Even Pass Out!

I woke up this morning and didn’t do a lot except for listen to Dungeon Crawler Carl (the first book of the series). At some point I decided I had to get up and get the day started. So I flipped back the sheets and did my morning ablutions. Then I sort of made the bed, casually tossing the blanket and sheet towards the head of the bed. There was the sound of something hitting the wooden floor but I had no idea what it could have been. I eventually found out. It was one of my Airpods. Sigh.

After doing a light yoga, I went back to look for the Airpod. It has been my experience that something dropped can often end up in places one would rarely imagine the thing could end up. I have some crap under my bed – ok, not crap really – it is a valuable painting (waiting to be restored – one day) and its frame, so I didn’t think that the little teeny airpod could get far.

Ugh, I hadn’t really cleaned under my bed in centuries (ok, not really that long – maybe a decade) so there was a whole lot of stuff under there. I got my magic duster and went to work, eventually pulling the gilt frame out. And later the painting safe box out as well. And then, finally, after I had an unobstructed view of the under bed (nether?) region, I saw it – almost to the other side of the bed!! How the thing had gotten that far is out of my ken. But I retrieved and put it into its charging case! Phew! And the under bed region is a little cleaner. Win win.

I have no plans for the day. And so far, no one has asked me for any of my time. Which means I am seriously considering hopping on my bike and riding my typical bike riding route! I think I didn’t ride my bike once last year. Weird. Speaking of bikes – I have an idea for a digital bike horn. I am looking for investors. Ok, not really. I am looking for someone to take the idea and run with it and maybe give me a teeny percentage of the company. If anyone is interested in this weird little idea, let me know.

Perhaps it is trifle day. Perhaps not. Leaning towards doing it though. Since tomorrow I have an airport run in the morning/afternoon.

An ok bike selfie?

Still no trifle, so it probably won’t happen tonight. The pudding is a little bit daunting. I will have to make some milk for the recipe. Sigh. Not hard, but I just am not feeling motivated. Maybe tomorrow after I get back from the airport I will feel in a trifling mood…

I did, though, go for a bike ride! It has been a long time! I did my usual route – from my house up to the lake. Down that street and then eventually to the lake. Then around the top of the lake to the Marina, through a state park. It was gorgeous out. And there were oodles of people taking advantage of the beautiful day, both on land and on sea (well, lake…). Nice to see! And I chatted someone I have known from my days at the Smith who I haven’t seen for a while. Somehow I thought that I had seen that they had gotten married. (They hadn’t) Anyway, I also met the mom.

Back home, I listened to more Dungeon Crawler Carl (DCC) and did my Duolingo. And finished up this blog post. I just had a thought – will I still do my daily blog if (when?) I am president of the United States? Probably in some form or other…

And for dinner tonight, more angel hair pasta and meatballs. So excited!

Curtains going up!

I didn’t think I’d be doing much this weekend. And so far, that’s true. But…

First thing this morning, I got to take An to his car to look for his tablet. I had thought I was just getting his keys and going on my own. But no, he wanted to go. We got there and he had forgotten his car keys. Luckily he had forgotten to lock the car yesterday so I got in and found his bag that contained the tablet! Phew! (The car is now locked.)

I stopped at the bike place on the way back from An’s only to discover that my bike wasn’t ready. Grr. They eventually sent me an email (no text) saying the bike was ready. I think the tune up cost more than I paid for the bike. Sigh.

Back home I played a bit and then ate my leftover grilled cheese sandwich for lunch. Then headed out and picked up the bike. Mostly missing the rain! Woo hoo!

After lunch, more playing. I completed the game on easy mode. I still found it pretty hard though. And I started a new game. I don’t know if I am going to finish it. It is about WWI. And it feels like I started in the middle. I had thought I had played a teeny bit, but that there was an flying bit – and I don’t really like flying in games generally. I could of course be hallucinating the whole thing.

First installed curtains

And now the weather is going to be cold for a week. The question I have for myself, is “will I still get the other curtains that I want up, up this week or not?” Anything is possible.

I had an unexpected treat this evening. I was napping and thought I heard my phone ding. Well, not my phone, as it is almost always on silent. But I get my messages on my tablet, too. And that dings still. Quietly. But I dragged my eyes open and looked and it was a message from a long lost friend! Asking if I wanted to go for a walk. Now, as many of you may know or surmised, I am not that big into spontaneity. But, I hadn’t been face to face with this person for a long, long time. Well, I saw her briefly once or twice where she works, but that doesn’t really count. And those were also fairly long ago. So, I said yes!

We met up by the lake. Walked downtown and then meandered back to her car. Two hours all told, give or take. It was very pleasant. And who knows, maybe we will do something else together again one day. I am on her pace, since I am more interested in hanging out with her than she is with me. She has three jobs, three kids and two dogs, so she does kind of keep busy…We will see what happens. Anything is possible…

And there we have it. A day that had an unexpected event occur. A pleasant unexpected event even! Woo hoo!

Dinner will be leftovers from Phoenix Flavor still. And then a quiet night at home. I’m ok with that.

One Dynamite Lilac!

One decent one!!

It is errands and chores day! And the weather is brilliant! Woo hoo.

Guess who is actually sitting out on his glassed in side porch! That’s right, it is I, or me. But how did I get here? That is the story of the morning.

I woke up early this morning and went back to sleep. I didn’t need to get out until my regular time, even though I was not going to be doing my regular dashing duties. First up, take my bike to the bike place to get happy.

It turns out that I haven’t ridden my bike, nor used my bike rack, since I got my Tesla. I got the rack attached, barely, and somehow managed to lose the little strap that is used to help the front wheel not waggle around. Maybe the bike store has one I can purchase. (Yay!! I didn’t lose it. It was in the pocket of my shorts!) Anyway, I started to back up and the poor Tesla was confused and thought I was backing up into something. Sigh.

At the bike store, they suggested that I do a level two service, get a new chain, and get a spoke fixed on one of my wheels. It will be ready tomorrow.

Next stop, the bank And no, they had no $2s. What is up with that?

On my way to the grocery store, I dropped two books off at the library. I still have two on hand. The one I am reading now is, surprisingly, a post apocalypse novel. I haven’t gotten very far into it yet, but it is interesting. I have two more books on hold at the library. Both seem to be taking forever for the other people to read. Sigh.

I got home and started cleaning out my email – a weekly exercise. Down from 300+ to 24. I really need to clean out a few of those 24 as well. Someday.

Off to pick A up and take him to his car. He has to take it to Canandaigua for repairs. Why he is going so far, I have no idea. Later, I will be picking him up and returning him to Living Center. As I was driving home, I remembered what else I was planning on doing today: shopping!!

On my list – mostly just more curtain rods. I think if I am going to be spending a lot of time on the porch again this summer, which is definitely the plan, I thought it would be wise to hang a few curtains. I am starting with the window behind which I sit. And the two doors to the front porch. And while I was shopping, I bought an inexpensive TV for the porch. Way too many TVs in the house now. But I’m ok with that.

At home, I started to set up the TV and was going to put the curtain rods up. I discovered that my electric drill (for drilling pilot holes) didn’t have any juice. It is plugged in now. While waiting for that, I will continue setting up the new TV.

And all done for now with TV setup! Good thing I know my passwords!!

I am not a fan of spitting in general. I don’t do it a lot generally. But the DNA test that I am doing with Ancestry.com required me to expectorate into a tube. Fun times. I will drop that in the mail tonight. So excited to find out what sort of a mutt I truly am! Though apparently it may take as long as 6 weeks!

Ok, I have done my good deed for the day. Yes, I was paid for it, but it was still a good deed. Go me! Rah! Now all I want to do is make my pizza and wings for dinner. Which I will do soon.

It looks, according to the weather report, that my thought of spending more time on the porch will be a little premature. It looks like next week – or maybe even the next ten days (though, weather forecasts that far out aren’t always that accurate) the high temp is going in the high 50s. Which is way too cold to hang out on the porch – imho. Poo. I was hoping that summer weather was actually starting.

Ok, time to do a little Duolingo (very little) and then make dinner. So excited!

Empanada Madness!

New empanada plan. I realized last night that it was going to be a bit of a process to make the empanadas so I just had lovers for dinner. I’ll make the empanadas today but I’ll start around 4. That ought to give me plenty of time to get them together. (They only took about half an hour to make and another 20 minutes or so to cook.)

Rainy day here in the Finger lakes.

I’ve was playing and then the game crashed. It will be interesting to see when I last saved. Not recently enough is my guess. (right before it crashed! Huzzuh!) I hope it is just a glitch because I’d been playing for a couple of hours before a huge battle.

And it happened again. I think that Wasteland 3 doesn’t like people playing for more than two hours at a time. Well poo. So, I guess I will do something else. In about an hour I will start the empanandas. Maybe I will read for a bit.

Here we are. Post empanada madness. Well, the making bit. I will admit, I over stuffed the pizza ones. And despite having all sorts of stuff for innards, I didn’t make anything with all of that. I did make some feta with greek olives ones. 9 of each actually. I think if I make more empanadas in the future, I might have to food process the innards or something. The size I am making does not make for a lot of space for filling. Maybe I ought to make fewer larger ones. Hmm. Anyway, I made 18 out of the box of pie dough. The store also had small rounds of dough. I might buy a box and see just how small they are. All thoughts appreciated! Oh, and pictures will be up on my instagram feed eventually.

Someone on threads posted a link to a game to name all fifty states. I forgot Maryland for some reason. I’ve been to Maryland a couple of times. And driven through parts of it many times. But that apparently wasn’t enough to make me remember it under pressure.

I realized the other day that I didn’t ride my bicycle once last season. Maybe because I was dashing five days a week and by the time the weekend rolled around, I really didn’t want to do anything. With my current schedule, I think I might be able to squeeze in some bike riding. Which means I will probably be taking my bike to the bike shop to be taken care of sometime this month! Bike riding for the win!

And that has been my exciting Saturday. Playing and making empanadas. Now it will be time to eat some empanadas. And play some more. What an exciting life I lead.

Gnomes, not Trolls

We had a whole lot of weird weather yesterday. When I first headed out it wasn’t sure what it was doing. After a little time, it seemed like it had decided to sleet. Then it straight up hailed for a while. Then lots of rain. And eventually, a little bit of sun. Weird.

I think someone may have keyed my car. A teeny bit. Not a whole hearted attempt. But since I haven’t paid for sentry mode, I didn’t catch them in the act. Sigh.

My first dash today was surprisingly ok. Not great, and not terrible. I got an offer to Waterloo early on and I took it. Not nearly enough money, but it was early. Then I stayed over there for a few dashes. I got a decently paying one that I thought was going to take me further East. But I was mistaken – it took me west, back to Geneva! Woo hoo! Then a couple of bad offers, including one I chose to decline – $6.75 back to Waterloo or maybe even Seneca Falls. No thank you. I got a decent one after that. And then a bad one to finish up the dash. I wonder if bad tippers ever wonder why they don’t get their food…

Looks like my taxes are going to be high. I still contend that anyone making less than $50k a year ought to not have to pay income taxes. A large enough proportion of our dollars go to taxes anyway as we need to spend most of our income and most things are taxed. Sigh and poo.

What is the difference between trolls and gnomes?

I waited and waited for a call from GR about the next grant application but it never came. Life is that way sometimes. So I headed out to run an errand or two. I dropped off the latest book I finished at the library, what I thought was the last of the war sex fairy series. But it wasn’t. There is at least one more. There are more people who need to be redeemed or self-loved or something. Then off to SMs house to put the mail inside and water the plants. Actually, all the plants were ok for now. I will check again Monday and will probably need to add more water then.

My last dash of the week was not optimal at all. Lots of long rides. And not nearly enough money. A couple of crappy rides lumped with good rides. And for my last ride, I asked for anything but a ride to Waterloo. So what did I get? Two rides to Waterloo that barely added up to one good ride to waterloo. Grrrrr.

But I got home, made some food and started my GLO meeting. Suddenly the electricity went a little crazy. Off and on. Then off. Then on. Then off and on. My smart lights were all freaking out! I lost my internet connection and it didn’t come back quickly, so I used that as a good reason not to return to the GLO meeting. I think the internet finally got ok at about 7:45.

It’s the weekend. I have plans. Sort of. I have a quick pick up tomorrow. My helper might come on Saturday to start working on the back stairs. Sunday, I am going to a concert in the afternoon and then dinner that night! Look at me, do I have a life or what?

I’ve started the last book of the Broken Earth series. I still have the next Emily Wilde book. And I am only 5 away from Dungeon Crawler Carl. Life is good.

Except for taxes. They suck.

Deer X-ing

No, I didn’t x any deer today. The Tesla, even in the dark, saw some deer and stopped to let them cross the road. That is a good thing. The car doesn’t seem to care too much about squirrels though. Or cardboard boxes in the road. I wonder what that is about.

I have been using FSD (Supervised) a good bit lately. It is a free trial until towards the end of November. It still has speed issues, thinking that surface roads unless otherwise marked, are 25 mph. And country roads, unless otherwise marked, are 45. That sucks. Oh, and some of the country roads also get the 25 mph treatment. Grrr. Other than that, I like it a lot. As long as I am nominally in charge, it doesn’t always do what I would or would like to. But it is safe and that is the important thing, isn’t it?

I’d pick them up!

Two dashing shifts and as has been the case lately, I did a bit better during the first shift than I did in the second shift. I think it is because there are more dashers at night and more of them skip the crappy rides, so I get a lot of those. I think I had two “good” rides (maybe 3) out of 14 this evening. 14 rides ought to be at least $70 at 5 a ride. And I didn’t achieve that. Oh well. Life is ok.

Dashing in the dark sucks, imho.

I also ran a quick errand for my friends who seem to be sick. That isn’t fun! Hope you all feel better soon!!

The week is started. That is a good thing. Tomorrow, bill pay. Wednesday recycling out. Thursday is Halloween and I am still thinking I will dress up as the Grinch. I got my grinch pants in today. I haven’t unboxed them yet. And therefore haven’t tried them on. I will get them open and airing out sometime tonight, I am pretty sure.

Happy to, so far, not be in a try hard Duolingo group. I am on Japanese practice today. And I have already eaten dinner. It was left over chicken – deep fried to make it crispy (so much better!!), with french fries and a salad. Easy peasy. Tomorrow, more Mexican food. And soon, I need to get out my suitcase and tape it up some more. Makes it easy to identify! Tortoise crossing!
